Science Fiction Wargames
No Limits is a fast paced miniatures tabletop battle system for two or more players. There are no limits, the whole universe is the battleground and any army is possible.
Faster than light travel and interstellar wormholes have opened worlds to those that wish to take what they do not have. No worlds are safe. Fight or suffer. Liberty of slavery. There is no choice. There is only one way.
In the future, there are No Limits...
You can design an army based around any miniatures in your collection. Unretire those old miniatures and let them do battle once again...

Boarding Action Expansion
A new expansion for No Limits is now available for download courtesy of No Limits enthusiast Tony Gryskiewicz. The Boarding Action expansion allows games to be played in the confines of a space ship.

This 19 page expansion has ben created after many months effort and endless playtesting. Tony picked the brains of the forum regulars for input, suggestions and feedback - and he even got some good ideas which was a bonus.
A Boarding Action game requires fewer figures than a regular game as the models spend quite a lot of time skulking around trying to keep out of sight and not getting shot. This is somewhat different from lining up two opposing forces and going at it hell for leather.
I used my old Space Hulk floor plans for our games as the original expansions for Space Hulk provided some quite large rooms, ideal for engine rooms and cargo bays.

As usual, the pdf has been added to the downloads page so it does not get lost in the future!

Monkey Business (Part 4)
The final release for the moment of data cards for the Rackham range of figures is the Karman. The Karman are a race of cigar smoking gorilla type beings with access to some very large and heavy weapons. The data cards have been created by Tom Kiley.

The Karman army cards may be downloaded from here for free.

Keeping Alive Rackham Figures (Part 3)
Third in the release cycle of data cards for the Rackham range of figures is the Red Blok. This is a human based army with a fantastic array of walking warmachines. As with the previous data cards released this year, they have been crerated by Tom Kiley.

The Red Blok army cards may be downloaded from here for free.

Keeping Alive Rackham Figures (Part 2)
The next release of data cards for the Rackham range of figures from Tom Kiley is the Therians. These alien models can be a major headache and are well worth checking out.

The Therians are skeletal, cybernetic troops designed with spider-like design nuances and can be downloaded for free.

New Dropship
Having recently dug out the Blood Angels from the loft and actually painting them, the arrival of this new dropship from Games Workshop is very well timed. There has been a lot of negative chat about the style of the new plastic kit, but I really like its chunky lines and baby Thunderhawk feel.

One or two will be added to the Galactic Marines just as soon as possible. I wonder if it will be possible to make some of the weapon options interchangable?

Keeping Alive Rackham Figures
The defunct Rackham range lives on with some help from Tom Kiley and his After Trauma army profile cards for No Limits.
These pre-painted plastics were a nice range with a good selection of models released for four main factions with the most recent two having a slightly smaller pool of models to choose from.
Tom's profile cards, one of which is shown below, have all the important information in one place for your Rackham models.

The U.N.A. is the first of the factions to have their army profile cards made available for download.

Halo Bike
As the Galactic Marines are expanding at the moment, I thought I would share a project to make some alternative marine bikes. Basically using some Space Marine bike riders, modified to ride a Halo Brute Chopper.

There are some more work in progress images if you fancy a look.

Boarding Action
Using some of the original Space Hulk floorplans from way back I don't know when, Mad Lemmey and I played a game of No LImits Boarding Action. Bascially, this is a No Limits game in a confined space!

More pictures are on the No Limits Forum.

Updated Grymn Catalog
For no apparent reason other than Mad Lemmey was asking for it, I have updated the Grymn model catalog so he can see which ones he needs to get to complete the set.

Salute is approaching, ask nicely and I can pick some up.
Something else occurs to me, what ever happened to the Grymn Hover Bike and the War Walker?

There are some other interesting looking Grymn goodies in the works, including a Grymn Elder in Hover Chair and a Heavy Mortar. Howerver, these have now been Work In Progress since February 2009.

Spugs Weapons
With my last delivery of Spugs from Spriggan Miniatures, Paul very nicely included some new and currently unreleased models and variants.

The above image shows an alternative Spugnaught body, a massive Railgun, a Missile Launcher and a Theta Drone variant (carrying a larvae).

The new Railgun is a massive weapon, so I thought it would be useful to show the current array of weapons togther. From the top, these are the Carbine, Rifle, Laser Cannon, Heavy Shard Cannon and the new Railgun.
There is also a new Spug Drone Trooper variant and a picture of the little fella will follow as soon as he is painted.
